Additional information

• These prices are valid only for Continental Europe and United Kingdom. We are able to send the packet worldwide but the price must be calculated individually.
• Cash on delivery is possible only in the countries of Eurozone where the carrier offers this kind of payment.
• We do not charge the packing.

Product prices

• The prices displayed in our catalogue in the time of order are valid.
• In the case of evident mistake in the price displayed in our catalogue we reserve the right to reject such order. Of course we will immediately inform you about such kind of mistake to avoid possible complications.

VAT deduction for foreign companies

• We are a VAT payer registered in the Czech Republic.
• If you are a VAT payer please enter your VAT Number in a form to complete your order. We will send you the payment details in the summarization e-mail including the amount to be paid.
• If you are a VAT payer registered in another EU country we will verify your VAT number in VIES (VAT Information Exchange System - European database of VAT payers).
• If your VAT number is declared as VALID we deduct the VAT and the goods will be invoiced excluding VAT.
• If the VAT number is declared as INVALID or you forget to enter it, the goods will be invoiced including VAT and later requests for a VAT deduction can not be fulfilled.

Shipping insurance

• Our shipments are insured against all risks on whole journey from our warehouse to your home.

Order cancellation, Refund policy

• In case the ordered goods are not in stock, we will contact and inform you when the order could be finished and packet sent. If you are not satisfied with the term, you may cancel the order.
• In case you for some reason changed your mind, are not satisfied and the goods do not work according to your expectations, you can return the goods back to our address.
• Please send us an email quoting your order and we will reply to you with further instructions.
• You have to send the goods within a time period of 14 days after you received our packet with these goods.
• For acceptance of a return the goods must be in perfect condition including all accessories and a copy of the receipt.
• We will refund you the previously invoiced amount including the delivery costs.
• If the goods or some accessory are missed or broken, we will deduct the costs necessary for renovation.
• Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to a return back to our address.
• The consumer can not return the goods that have been adjusted according to the his wishes or to his person.
• The costs of delivery out of European Union (out of Continental Europe and United Kingdom) are non-refundable.

Warranty

• All optical refractometers are sold with a warranty period of 24 months.
• All bench-top refractometers and digital refractometers sold to end-customer are with a warranty period of 24 months. For customer who buy the refractometers for commercial or other business activities we offer a warranty period of 12 months.

Special configuration of a digital refractometer MISCO

The refractometer price depends on the count of scales (1 or 2 scales, from 3 to 5 scales).

The payment for this special refractometer – when you finish your order we will send you a proforma invoice. We start the production once the amount will be credited to our account.

The delivery is FREE - the delivery time is approx. 2 weeks from starting the production.
