The estimation of water content in milk
This calculator has been designed for users of refractometer RMK2 for determination of water content in milk.
To determine the content of water in milk it is necessary to do two measurements - in the first step of the undiluted milk and in the second step of the diluted milk.

The accuracy of results obtained by using this method is ± 5 % of additional water content.
